Do I need experience to join?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for all ages and fitness levels. From total beginners to women with a lot of experience.

Am I too old?

Absolutely not! Strength training is beneficial at every age – in fact, it becomes more important as we get older. Building muscle helps protect your joints, improve bone density, boost balance, and keep you strong for everyday life. Our classes are tailored to all fitness levels, and our coaches can modify exercises to suit your needs. You’re never too old to start – and you’ll be surprised at how quickly your confidence and strength grow

Do you offer a trial class?

We sure do - we offer one free trial class prior to signing up to ensure we are the right place for you.

Are all the classes women only?

100% Our studio is exclusively for women, all of our coaches and staff are female.

How long does each class go for?

Our sessions are 45 minutes including warm up and cool down

Can my children come?

Yes of course, we have a dedicated children's area located within view of where you will be. We have staff watching the children at our 9.15am session Monday to Friday. Older children are welcome to sit in the reception area if they prefer. We just ask that they are respectful of the space and are not to enter the studio floor while class is on. Babies in prams are welcome to be with you in class or in the creche.

What is the minimum age for creche?

As much as our creche staff would love snuggling your fresh little newborns we require you to have had your 6 week check before returning to exercise. So the minimum age is 6 weeks.

How do memberships work?

We have two different membership options.

Ultra burn $69 per week - This is our most popular and best value for money. You get to enjoy unlimited classes each week plus unlimited body scans on our state of the art evolt body scanner

Quick burn - $49 per week - Enjoy two classes of your choice each week

Is it a lock in contract?

No we do not do lock in contracts - we just require 30 days notice to cancel in writing to [email protected]

What if I have holidays planned?

We got you girl! We can pause your membership for up to 4 weeks per year.

I have no idea what I am doing?

Yes – that’s exactly what we’re here for! 💜 You don’t need to know a thing before starting. Our expert coaches will guide you through every movement, show you how to use the equipment safely, and make sure you feel confident each step of the way.

Do I have to pre book?

You book your classes via our easy to use app, you can schedule classes the day of right up until the class starts as well as reschedule and cancel bookings. When you sign up you will receive instructions on how to book and if you have any issues our team will be able to help.

Do I have to sign a contract?

We do have a membership agreement, but no long-term lock-ins – just clear notice periods for cancellations or pauses.

What if I have a medical condition or injury?

Please let us know before class. Our coaches can help with modifications, but always check with your doctor first.

What should I wear?

Comfortable activewear and sneakers. No special gear, expensive matching sets required. As long as you feel good that's all we care about.

What do I bring to class?

Just a water bottle, a towel, and yourself! We provide all the equipment you’ll need.

Some of the equipment or exercises scare me will I look silly if I don't do them?

Not at all - we have so many different women in our classes that clients are often doing different exercises to what is prescribed so no one even bats an eyelid. Every woman has been a beginner and understands that we do things at different paces.

How much does creche cost?

Creche is included in your membership - there is no charge and no limit on children. We do ask that you only bring your own children obviously.

How big are the classes?

Our classes are capped at 16 women. This ensures every woman gets the attention they deserve.

Can I book a consultation or tour prior to joining?

Currently we are not conducting tours or consults while Meagan the owner is on Maternity leave we do however offer a free class trial - so we suggest booking one of these, trialling the class and signing up if you like it. The coach of the class will show you around.

Do you offer nutrition support?

We are currently not offering personalised nutrition coaching as our only qualified nutritionist in on maternity leave, however we do include our 6 week transformation program when you start with us and this is a self guided nutrition and weight loss program.

What if I can't do some of the exercises?

Our coaches will give you modifications and progressions so you can train safely and effectively at your level.

I am so unfit should I get fit before I start?

Nope! You don’t need to “get fit” to join – that’s what we’re here for. Every class is designed so you can work at your own pace. You can take a break whenever you need and we always give progressions and regressions for each exercise so you push as hard as you physically can

I am nervous to come on my own

We get it! Most of our ladies started solo and quickly found themselves part of the community. You’ll never feel alone here.

How quickly will I see results?

It depends on your consistency, goals, and nutrition – but most women feel stronger and more energetic within a few weeks.

I have just had a baby can I join?

Yes, once you’ve had medical clearance. We can help you rebuild strength safely and support you through postnatal recovery.

Do you have showers or change rooms?

We do not have showers but do have a large bathroom where you can change before or after class

Am I locked into specific classes or times?

No - not at all, you can chose different classes or times every week if you wish or you can stay consistent with whatever works for you.

Can I cancel a booked class?

Yes classes can be cancelled right up until the time the class starts, you will receive instructions on how to do this once you have signed up
